The Canine Athlete: Fourwinds Duck Dogs

Home to Versatile Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retrievers and German Shorthair Pointers.

The Mott family has been active in Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retrievers since 2007 and German Shorthaired Pointers since 2013.  The Fourwinds tollers and shorthairs are active hunting dogs, family companions, and are competitive in a variety of dog sports.  Versatile tollers and shorthairs with sound temperaments and bodies are the focus of Fourwinds Duck Dogs breeding program.  We also enjoy the company of other versatile breeds, a hodge podge team of sled dogs made up of rescues and hand me downs, and a pair of livestock guardian dogs that monitor the farm.
